Cochrane Oral Health has undertaken a priority-setting process to set our priorities from 2021 to 2024. We looked for important questions to answer in taking care of the mouth, teeth, and gums. The process was completed in 2020, and you can see the results here.
As part of our commitment to priority setting, we're developing a series of Priority Collections, to bring together Cochrane evidence on the topics that are important to our stakeholders. We'll be drawing together the reviews we've already published and seeing what evidence is already there, and what more might need to be done to answer major questions in oral health.
Our first priority collection is on The prevention of tooth decay and oral diseases in elderly populations.
