A team of researchers from Dublin City University in Ireland are conducting a study on the editing process of Cochrane PLain Language Summaries (PLSs), within the European Project INTERACT (International Network on Crisis Translation) framework and alongside the Cochrane UK team.
All Cochrane Oral Health authors with experience of producing PLSs in Cochrane systematic reviews are encouraged to participate, which involves checking a PLS by using an author support tool (Acrolinx).
Volunteers will be provided with instructions, asked to complete the study task, and complete short questionnaires (one pre-task, and two post-task). Study participation is estimated to take approximately two hours.
